About Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law was established at Educounselor to promote the ideals of social integration and independent thought, and to develop equality among scholars and students. The faculty has established its own library to disseminate knowledge with the provided materials that meet international standards. The department also has a fully equipped Moot Court, where Moot Court sessions and competitions are regularly organized, as well as classes, projects, term papers and outreach programs.
The department provides students with an environment that helps them develop an analytical approach to law and enables them to become leaders in their chosen profession and provide public service to help society as a whole. Knowledgeable, experienced faculty, an excellent library and e-resources, and a world-class infrastructure provide the perfect environment at the College to help a student become a good lawyer with strong moral and ethical traits.
We believe that continuous improvement in competency and innovation is at the heart of the education system. We provide students with a variety of learning aids and facilities to make them proactive and competent academic professionals. Students are exposed to practical teaching opportunities and relevant communication skills to help them gain confidence in their abilities. Interpret and analyze the social and legal problems and work towards finding solutions to the problems through the application of laws and regulations.
Through the subject of Pedagogy, students are equipped with knowledge of teaching methods that will enable them to enter the teaching profession.
They will recognize the need and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and lifelong learning in the broader context of legal change.

Learn the art of doctrinal and empirical research, which includes knowledge and application of various tools and techniques of research.
Develop the organizational skills necessary to work successfully in a law office, including the art of categorizing and organizing documents.
Overview : -
The Master of Legislative Law is a 2-year postgraduate course designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the field of legislative law. The course covers topics such as tax law, family law, constitutional law, environmental law, criminal law, corporate law and governance, intellectual property law, insurance law, human rights, case law, international trade and business law, and more. Candidates are also given extensive project assignments and internships to enhance and cultivate their analytical thinking for solving practical problems. After the course, candidates can work as a legal advisor/associate, legal document examiner, trustee, oath officer, notary public, judge, lawyer, and more.
